😳😲😟😯😮I ALSO have been in the hospital from Oct 15 through Oct 31st with Ulcerative Colitis, C-Difficile, Sepsis and Gastritis. 75% of my hair has fallen out starting December 2020 through November 2021. I had NO IDEA this Ferritin stores had anything to do with Ulcerative Colitis. This is an eye opener. 👏

Hepcidin is the reason for every other day iron tablets. I take most of my iron in tablets every other day, and iron containing foods in between.
