My favorite mii brawler move set is just silly imo, I use exploding fire kick, helicopter kick, suplex, and head-on assault, it works, and I love it

i run flashing mach punch, burning dropkick, soaring axe kick and counter throw. and before you say its trash, hear me out: FMP is a combo finisher from literally anything including itself, leads to a bajillion ladder combos and kills at like 80 Burning Dropkick is stupid safe to use cuz bounce mechanic, and gives busted recovery. Soaring Axe kick is overall best for recovery, and you can get some cheese with it Counter Throw launches backwards so you can use that to your advantage and pull an uno reverse card when opponents try to edgeguard you

FMP is fine, personally I choose shot put for the ridiculous edgeguarding potential, but COUNTER THROW??? The hit box is so ridiculously small and doesn’t even work against projectiles or TWO ENTIRE CHARACTERS (olimar and min min), and you’re giving up an entire third jump in the form of feint jump! Counter throw is really good for wacky ass clutches so that’s fun tho, you do you

@@tacopizzasandwich621 Counter throw isn't always useful as you said, but worst case scenario you can just use the rest of brawler's kit. But counter throw does help in a lot of brawler's matchups against rushdowns

Any player who knows how to counter counter throw can just use downtilt, attack from above, attack from behind, use projectiles… counter throw is very unreliable, and it also comes at the cost of our lord and saviour feint jump
