I'm a D2 vet, but I picked up the base game for D1 a few months ago (watching this while matchmaking). Gotta say, there's something about D1 that D2 lacks, and 8 definitely understand you vets more. Keep it up bro :D

I remember the first time hopscotch pilgrim was available during the House of Wolves dlc. It only dropped on the sepiks strike. I farmed for two days on that strike and it finally dropped. Then I was able to re-roll the perks at the gunsmith and ended up with a god roll. It had max stability and I was able to two tap opponents in the crucible. Best pulse rifle ever, until Bungie nerfed it and made it drop from engrams and strikes. Definitely wasn’t the same weapon ever again.

The revelator was my favourite hand cannon from d1, You need to get it with reactive reload and explosive rounds, it two shots if you have reactive reload and explosive rounds adds more range than rangefinder when u do the math.

Tbh that Tao hua yuan wasn’t bad for control or something because if you miss a shot you had a chance to get a bullet back with mulligan and you had partial refund which also gives ammo back. Snapshot to top it off. Just imagine that sniper in d2 tho. Crazy......
