Meh, I feel like Bungie is starting to get better with adding to the game's core foundation instead of solely moving stuff from the first game to the second. Too bad this comment has already been outdated by Bungie's current season structure of paying ten dollars for about three months of content before taking it all away and forcing you to pay another $10 for the same rodeo. If the seasons had stayed like they were in the Forsaken dlc bundle, however, I think that this game could be bigger and even more distinct from D1 than it was before.

I have a rare rocket launcher with 93 blast radius and mulligan. I use it all the time in crucible. It's absolutely great because mulligan activates more often than not

Secret round is also on Praedyths Timepiece, and it’s really good for oracles. Sometime the hits don’t register on oracles but it still damages them and fires an extra round, simply dealing faster damage

Secret round is good for Preadyth’s timepiece because is procks when shooting confluxes. In which helps because the gun does extra damage to confluxes inside the VoG raid.

Secret round was never really meta but it was a very situational perk. Simply if you missed a shot in pvp because you were going for a headshot and were slightly to far over the gun would fire another shot. Problem was that the fourth shot typically would miss because you wouldn’t expect it. If they buffed the damage of the fourth shot then it would have been a pretty monster perk because it would help save your ttk.
