I go back to d1 every now and then for my PvP fix. In D2 I'm nothing but cheeks to be clapped and have never been able to get good at it. Forever just getting one n 2 tapped or frozen n shattered. But in d1 I don't seem to have ever lost my edge and can still regularly go in for a 25+ kill rampage.haha

We need rewards with inspiration. The last reward set I really loved was escalation protocol. What was that, like 2 years ago? Seeing endgame ornaments to add chroma or effects earnable would incentivize me to play so much more

I personally like D2 better because it extends a ton of story lines (plus the raids have, what I personally think are better, more in-depth mechanics), but Destiny 1 is still super fun and anyone who hasn't played it is missing out.

@@trickytreyperfected1482 I think of Destiny 1 as an old Mona Lisa painting. It’s beautiful, textured, & serves as a pinnacle for what console MMOs should strive for. Perfect? No. Nothing is. But it’s objectively what drove my passion as a gamer to start my KZbin channel. Destiny 2 is basically equivalent to modern day art. It’s clean, dynamic, & fundamentally correct in many many ways. You can absolutely appreciate both titles for what they offer :-)

Loved the vid, but a small tip, since you’re on Xbox and I believe we never got that exotic sniper that had ridiculous aim assist. Weyloran’s march with the right roll is the sniper in D1 with the most aim assist (by stats numbers) in the game even beating out that PS4 exclusive one. I believe you need the Longview SLR10 scope or something for the scope tho, I remember that being important. But, you can roll it with hidden hand or whatever the aim assist perk was called. It really is incredibly sticky, but you’ll have to land headshots for the sniper to be any kind of effective, which kinda sucks.

Hopped on D1 a few days ago on Xbox and was delightfully surprised that there were still tons of people in the tower. Matchmaking for activities gets strenuous a lot of the time, but for the most part it’s a pretty enjoyable experience

I 100% the game in both trophies and raid armor challenges. But the Burning Eye (brown eye as i used to call it) always eluded me. It was so good, but i had an Omolon scout that had similar stats and perks to it so i never cared to run Trials during year 3, plus my raid team stopped playing by then so it was just constant LFG groups to get my content done. Good vid, i miss D1. D2 never just sat right with me
