Was just gonna comment the same! It did sounded weird, but I took it as criticism to wearing something that made her legs appear shorter

Yeah I think it was more of a proportion comment, with where the skirt was hitting + the ankle straps made her legs look short.

About UK vs the World. 1. Marina did amazing and this episode, and I love that this song she performed (AMAFILIPINA) is a sample of AMAKABOGERA a song that was used as a Lip Synch song in DR Philippines S1, such a good song. 2. You guys should watch France S1 and S2, it is a little bit different the experience, but the fashion, is on point. 3. I laughed so hard when Gothy's performance ended and someone said on the talking head: "She (Gothy) looked like she was impressed the fire trick worked". And they show Gothy so happy like it was true.

One thing to bear in mind about comparing prize money is that here in the UK, prize money is completely tax free. When they say £50,000 you get to keep all 50,000 of those pounds. So it's less than you get in America, but not as much less as it looks. Unless you're American because the USA is one of the only countries in the world where you have to pay American tax as an American even on money you earn in other countries.
@jamiehenderson86329 ай бұрын

Glad things are returning to normal, Darby. Reviewing a few episodes in one post works for me. I tried to find the end of France on Patreon but couldn't (sacré bleu!). I could send you a synopsis/PowerPoint presentation on each episode in the future. I'm so disappointed WOW has treated Drag Race Thailand like it doesn't exist. WOW had better not be pulling my leg about FINALLY making Season 3. Pangina Heals announced she would be back as a judge so hoping it's a good sign. In 2018, the S1 winner was plus size and age 38, and I believe there were two trans women. In 2019, S2 winner was a trans woman, there was another trans contestant, and they had the first Muslim contestant. That franchise had the real firsts.

I think we could all be a bit kinder about MM - they were forthcoming about Long Covid - the brain fog would explain the fluffing of the talent, struggling with people's names, being less quick with the quips/strategy, etc. It is admirable to attempt difficult stuff when you are aware of your limitations (and as a last minute/reserve contestant) Idk, I think we could all be a little more generous.

The dolls in the episode were just various brands of BJD dolls. What they needed to do, was give the girls thus brand of doll called "SmartDoll" intended to be cutomized, that have bodytypes and many skintones.
@messybetsy9 ай бұрын
I heard the danny devito legs as in the cut of the dress, not the actual legs of the queen. They were different lengths or proportions. The midsection of the doll is shorter and the shoulder sleeve things are longer to it meets the skirt, which is a little higher.
@nesquike9 ай бұрын
I honestly think Nymphia clocked that all those girls were not falling for her whining anymore, so she thought “I can’t be in the top again, but I also can’t be in the bottom” so she did everything intentionally to fall in the middle. For someone who styles their own dolls and is such a great seamstress who also has a sense of fashion and style, we know she could have done better. The mismatched bow and hair are so obvious it’s almost like she thought “ok I’m gonna make this wrong and this wrong to not be great again”. Idk 😭
