Love mine. Mine was imported by Magnum Research, so they branded it the Baby Eagle. It's old and shows wear, but still shoots great. I even found night sites for it.

My 20 year old one will stovepipe if I turn the gun discharge side down to chamber it. There's not a lot of room at the top to grab the slide and I catch myself doing that. Do these newer compacts do that? I think I want one for EDC, because of the price and the double single actions. Not to mention being able to use any new mags with my old one.

Looking for an original carry case

I just got one a few weeks ago. Does anyone know if they have a parkerized finish or blued finish? I've tried contacting IWI but they cant give me any info

It's more of a phosphate finish than parkerization.

nice review, i have the same model and ive noticed that the slide is kida hard to pull. i always wondered if its only my gun or its standard on the imi fs model

victor pinch it (thumb and index) instead of the classic palm twist you’d use on a glock. that’s how i’d explain it to my soldiers in idf.
