These videos really work. I have been doing 2 to 4 per day most days of the week for about six weeks. I prefer to go by how my clothes fit and how I look in the mirror rather than weighing and measuring. My pants fit better and I love what I see. I was deliberate about keeping my existing diet and exercise habits, which are mostly healthy but I did desire to lose a few "vanity" pounds. This is the only thing I changed, so I can say that it works!

Bonjour, je suis Française, je fais du sport depuis l'âge de 19 ans, j'en ai 62 ans, je ne connaissais pas cette méthode, ça fait une semaine que je fait votre méthode, ça fait du bien, j'espère bien maigrir avec cette méthode, j'en fais 3 à 4 séances par semaine, espérons que ça marche pour moi, merci en tous les cas, c'est super, bravo...

Kedves Imi! Köszönöm a videókat, nagyon hatékonyak a gyakorlatok. Két hete edzek Veled, és érzékelem a jótékony hatását. 108 kg-ról indultam, és három kg már eltűnt. Csinálom tovább folyamatosan napi háromszori rendszeres edzéssel! A testem 71 éves...az étrenden is változtattam valamelyest. Sziv...cukor...kolesterin... magasvérnyomás... ízületi problémáim nagyon bizom benne hogy eltűnnek! Majd meg irom Neked a fejlemenyeket a továbbiakban! Nagyon jó ha lenne Magyar fordítás is. KÖSZÖNÖM!❤

I've never done a workout like this before. Today is the 2nd time I've done it. It really makes me feel good, loose and light in body and mind. I didn't expect my legs and hips to be sore from this. Even those front muscles that go from the thigh to the torso (psoas muscles?) are sore. I guess all those muscles work and stretch to keep me stabilized while twisting my torso and swinging my arms.
