Pretty sure the rc8r isn’t being produced anymore but they’re developing a new model (990 rcr) with a dedicated track version rn, so maybe that for the track? 👀

That bike looks really good to be a 2014. . If you had that bike in 2014. You probaly would be taking all the attention from any other bike. KTM made it ahead of its time. They wanted to make sure that 10 to 15 years later people would still buy and enjoy it..I love KTM bikes. There bikes are really fun to ride especially in the city. I don't think I haven't rode another bike that was more fun to ride around town..✌🏾

@22:10 the term hes referring to is called "homologation" .. everybody does it, same reason ducati has to release limited bikes with only 250 models.. 250 is usually the bare minimum bikes needed to be produced to pass the "homologation" to be sactioned to race in superbike, world superbike.. ducati and others just dont say "homologation" and they use terms like "limited edition" & "#3 of 250".. to sell them, while they are sicker, the real reasons are homologation. there are special cases like the lambo bike, which is just a flex
