Kibz, idk how you don't know this, but the demand for different types of properties depends on taxes in CS2. So: if you have a lot of demand for low density, but want to make high density, you can increase the taxes on low density

mr kibbs, in vanilla you can use pathways to correct zoning by blocking the road you dont want it on, also making grids work well is such a pain sometimes! overextending the road past where you want it sometimes seems to work

I find when i want to get the most zoning tiles the best way to do it is to turn off "snap to existing geometry" and "snap to lines"

You need a challenge... Try to do a separate save of your current city. Try to spend all the 2 billion on everything possible. Because i don't think it would be actually that easy to spend 2 billion since most stuff is pretty cheap in the game.
