I think you just need to mention month but you should calculate days and mention in this form.

Hi sir thanks for giving information and I have one doubt , I worked in cruise ship 5 years as a chef and it is 8 months contract and I have to mention all the country visa in my passport and I stayed inside the ship only and only I spend 2or 3 hours outside in most countries , can you please reply sir thank you 🙏

Hi, I was wondering what this meant: “You’ll need to enter a history of all of the trips you (and any family members) have taken: outside your home country or the one you live in in the last 10 years (or since your 18th birthday, whichever is more recent)” What does it mean “the one you live in”? What if I never travelled out the country? I’ve only travelled within my country and do I still fill out this form if I’ve only travelled to different provinces and cities within my country?

Hi, If the dependent has went to a country and did not stayed at a streach for 6 moths. Do he need to submit the pcc. Like he have travelled for 2 moths then came back then after 6 months he traveled for 4 month then again came back for 4 month and then travelled for 1 month

If you have not left Canada then you can mention propose of travel study/work permit, You can explain the same in the explanation letter.

Hello I have travelled to Thailand for 3 months at a time, for multiple occasions for office training purposes but havent stayed in the country more than 3 months at a time. So I havent stayed in thailand for 6 months at a time, but over 6 months if considered multiple trips. Do I need to submit Police clearance document for thailand in my case. This is really important information. I didnt find answer anywhere

Usually Police clearance certificate is required if applicant has stayed more than 183 days. You can check in instruction guide for your specific file category

Hi, how about if someone travels to Germany on Schengen visa and also visited Switzerland during that period, should both countries be listed in this form? One thing to note here is that the international passport was not stamped at the Swiss border because the person had a Schengen visa.

Just one particular year, In the year 2012, mine and spouse passport was not stamped on arrival of the destination, I also can't provide further information.

Thanks for your information. I have a doubt regarding my spouse travel history. He came to India on nov 10 , 2019 and returned back on dec 9, 2019. So he is currently working in usa. Hi. I started filling up forms but I am really confused because in IMM008 I had to put my given name in Family name section ( No family name on Passport). However in other forms like IMM5406 and IMM5669, there is an option to put given name. So do I just put it in family name section everywhere to keep it same or I have to put given name in all others except IMM008 ? Please Help !

If you don’t have family name in passport, keep the given name blank and paste given name in surname space. Surname is mandatory in Canada .
