your travel history do you have to record your entry date and return to the country of destination or record the date of your departure and return to your country?

Hi. I started filling up forms but I am really confused because in IMM008 I had to put my given name in Family name section ( No family name on Passport). However in other forms like IMM5406 and IMM5669, there is an option to put given name. So do I just put it in family name section everywhere to keep it same or I have to put given name in all others except IMM008 ? Please Help !

If you don’t have family name in passport, keep the given name blank and paste given name in surname space. Surname is mandatory in Canada .

Hi, I was wondering what this meant: “You’ll need to enter a history of all of the trips you (and any family members) have taken: outside your home country or the one you live in in the last 10 years (or since your 18th birthday, whichever is more recent)” What does it mean “the one you live in”? What if I never travelled out the country? I’ve only travelled within my country and do I still fill out this form if I’ve only travelled to different provinces and cities within my country?
