I applied for my 3 minor kids in lebanon for i130 online got approved in less than two months one of them in one month. Online is fast , even my N400 online before that got approved in three month

Hello Darian, my wife and I are looking at the best option to get her 2 Sons to the US. they are unmarried and ages 20 & 21. would it be better to get them on a student Visa or just petition through a Family member Visa? thank you for your time and keep up the good work, your videos are very helpful.

Hello Sir, At first, I like to Thank you for doing Excellent job for Us . Immigration Judge gave Exclusion Order in my Asylum case . I didn't Appeal, I left Usa 1997, Now my I- 130 Family petition preference F3 Pending. Usa doesn't know I left Usa now what will happen in my F3 petition ? Please let me know .

Thank you very much for providing detailed information about step children also about immediate relatives, my question is, as you said, unmarried children over 18 and below 21 are considered as immediate relatives, the timeline of green cards or i130 will be the same for kids below 18 and over 18 ? Pls reply, thanks again

Yes because those are the same category so the timeline is the same.

I finished the applications for my spouse and she already got an approval. Waiting for an interview. Do I need to apply a separate I 130 for her children?

yes, if she is in usa long enough and got her greencard or us. citizen the kids will be automatic citizen if under 18.

Hi Darian, I have filed an I-130 petition for my parents and got approved last month (Now waiting for an interview date). Currently, my parents are in the US with a B1- B2 tourist visa. Since they are in the US, Can I apply for I-485 to adjust the status to the Green card without sending them back home? Thank you in advance for your response 🙏

If you are a US citizen then yes, your parents probably qualify for adjustment of status. Please keep in mind that if they do apply for adjustment of status then they cannot travel using their tourist visa and will have to wait in the US.
