I’m in the process of I-30 petition to submit online and I don’t see anywhere on the application where it ask for photo of petitioner and beneficiary. Is it only if you mail the application? Just wondering if I missed that part before I submit the petition.

Hi me and my wife came usa before 6 years and now we are us citizens. We adopted a child and bring his adoption doccuments from back home 6 years ago when we came US. Hello, its our preferences to do it by mail for safe side. Just incase there will be a data shutdown from the system. However they said it will be more faster if you file through online.

Miss ah pwede ba mag petition nang unmarried son kahit wala po akong work dito pero may asawa na ako an american citizen and his a pentioner .and he received his disability.ako kasi ang nag alaga sa hubby ko pero green card holder na ako.gusto ko sana maka punta dito sa us para din naman maka tulong sa rentals namin sa apartment if maka work na cya dito.yun lang ang tanong ko. sa financial evidence na po ang tax. pwede naman gamitin sa hubby mo yung tax documents ninyo as long as nameet sa requirement, pwede ri kayo patulong ng sponsor ng financial evidence
