My neighbor who is up to date with all vaccines without any problems was in bed for several days after the one for shingles. btw Breanne talked for almost an hour. Even Vincent was getting bored.

It would be very interesting to see how many secondary lymphatics eg lymph nodes were involved in central memory retention. In addition as cognate CD4 T-cells are required for selection of somatic hypermutated B-cells perhaps his cognate CD4 T-cells were limited in clonal type, and hence limited the diversity of B-cell SHM and possiblity of auto-antigenic B-cells?
