I learned a qigong similar to this where we inhale utill lungs are full and then continue to inhale past when lungs are full while holding qigong positions that stretch the diaphragm. The lungs were left open and full having the effect of feeling like we were breathing while not breathing. I would love to know what this is called so I could find a place to learn more.

Also curious. Stumbled upon what you describe entirely by accident when treating a dislocated joint with large amounts of cannabis. It felt like I could control the air exchange in my lungs simply with posture, bypassing the nerve pathways that control "regular" in/out breathing.

Thank you Shifu. Absolutely love this routine. However I have a doubt: I've been told once by a Martial Artist, that it is not convenient to practice in wind, as the wind will harm our Qi flow. What is your opinion, as I see you practicing in wind and even with no cloth on the upper body?
