This video covers the common technique of IF, which is also known as IHC or ICC depending on the type of sample being studied. This is a common and powerful technique used to study protein localization and expression in cells and tissues. Yes, it is possible to co-stain those because the two primary antibodies are from different species and so will not overlap. Since blue chamber will already be taken up by DAPi, possible combinations of the fluorophores could be any of green+red, green+yellow, red+yellow using same secondary antibody.
