Getting to work on a real ISO you can potentially burn to disk and play (which is a whole other can of worms) will require you to unpack its contents, save your replacements in the correct formats, repack its contents back into an ISO.

@@Sonen10 While yeah, it is a Dolphin texture pack, you could theoretically go back in the game files and find all the textures and reimport them using BrawlCrate, and then, instead of loading the ISO through USB Loader GX or burning the disc, you could instead use Riivolution, which patches the game (Which also is supported in Dolphin)
