Me and my daughter got into Lego she’s 30 I’m 51 we’ve done few Harry Potter ones the Hogwarts express which is bigger then I thought and were now on to doing the titanic it’s big lol x

Gamlins was planning to close in October 2020 as the owner was looking to retire but it seems they were persuaded to remain open. They were certainly still trading in 2022 but it seems they are only open Tue-Sat, opening at 10am.

That was a wonderful day for shopping. The weather co-operated and you found some great buys. I like the silicone bottles and it looks like they can stick to the shower/bath wall. Had a Dr appt today, as I've been having horrible aching/burning legs, (mostly right). Well...lucky me.. thanks to me having had Covid at the beginning of Feb, (mild headache, but very tired so was in bed for 3 days), then wrenching my back and again in bed for 10 days, I ended up with Thrombophlebitis, which is blood clots in my leg. Thankfully they weren't the deep vein ones, so am now on 325mg Aspirin 3x a day for a month. I go back to him in 2 weeks for a check up. So, smart ass me, thinking I got off lightly with only a mild headache and tiredness, showed me that I was wrong. ha

I still can't get over the fact that a swimsuit is called a costume there - here a costume is something you'd wear at a costume party, I guess in the UK people at a costume party would all be wearing swimsuits :)
