It is kinda jarring how much you guys dislike Gentle and La Brava but since you guys are so attached to Eri I guess it's understandable. Gentle is honestly potentially my favorite villain from the manga so far and some of the scenes to come with him are some of the best in the series overall. He's not supposed to invoke this feeling of dread and death like Overhaul, he's just a small scale criminal looking to achieve fame. The beauty of this story is he represents all the other lower tiered villains of the show that do not get looked at because they're not doing evil crimes and are not actively working to dismantle society. We only get to see Gentle because he happens to cross paths into the main story. There's never a point in which you genuinely feel scared because the entire time you know even if he does succeed, he won't cause too much harm
