Press the audio/music, and click the FOREGROUND button that appears below,, Once you do, the audio clip’s color will turn blue/light blue. Then you'll be able to trim or drag it around by holding it

Just in case you haven't found out how to move the music around, you can just hit the "foreground"'option in the trim section and from there you can do what you like

I found a way to deal with the problem with audio only beginning at the start of the segment, not where you want it to and not being able to drag the beginning to adjust. Simply stick another track into the video and end it where you want the actual audio to begin, then mute that track by turning its volume to 0. It will act as a place holder. Then go ahead and place the track you want into the video and it will begin where you actually want it to.

After a while of tinkering I figured out a way to clip the audio to not start at the beginning of the song. For example if you wanted the the movie to begin at its beginning and the song u insert to begin somewhere in the middle. If you start the movie with the audio file import first you can move the slider to the point in the song u want to start playing from and hit the "split" feature and just delete portion before the split. Not sure if anyone posted this work around prior but hope it helps

Thanks for that, excellent. I was looking for a way to start the music after a short period into the video, but it always snaps back to the start when you drag it, as you demonstrated yourself. Annoying. Going to try adding another small audio clip in front of it with the volume at zero. Hopefully that'll fool it.
