Good job as always Michael. One question that comes up frequently is “how do I do a cut within a frame?” It would have been good for you to mention, since your title specifically targets people who want to do precise cuts, that you cannot cut (the audio) within a frame interval.

Michael: I've been learning a lot from your videos, especially about how to use iMovie effectively. Thanks! I have a question if you don't mind. Have any of your videos covered the solution to the following issue using iMovie? You want to edit a video to the beat of the audio track. Markers have been placed at each beat. But when the video clip is inserted on the timeline, the video clip may be too long or too short to get to the next beat. I know you can slow or speed up the video clips to help make the adjustment to the next beat. But it is very tedious to take this approach. If you've included this problem in another of your videos, would you mind posting the link here?? I appreciate your help. Steve

Thank you for another great tutorial! I’m planning to start my own channel next year for diy home automation. What I‘m struggling with is to find a structure in iMovie, to have a blueprint for intro and outro sections, where I can put my content in between. I don’t really get the difference between projects and movies. As far as I understand, a project contains different movies. And a movie may contain several media. I hope to use the right expressions, I use iMovie in German. Do you have a hint, how to organize iMovie, so that I can start it with my blueprint for the next episode?

You can trim videos and adjust volume in iMovie for iPhone.

Seamless video doesn’t keep viewers. Video needs to have a change in video to keep the viewers. Attention spans are getting shorter all the time.
