The new brakes are stronger and more responsive. The narrower front tire is a neat addition. Aside from this, I was having a PAS stuttering issue and Lectric Support sent a new PAS sensor and controller. Wow! The new controller software is a welcome change as well! Support says that they will be sending out emails offering firmware updates for the controllers, however no exact dates were given. Great products. Great company!🚲

@@LectricGo Great videos. I need your honest opinion. My xp 1.0 totally shuts off after riding a few minutes. Then it will not power back on unless I get off the bike and turn the key to the off position, then put the key in the on position and turn the bike back in with the power button,. But a few blocks later I get the same problem. I changed the controller cause it was flashing an e 7 error code,. But now no error codes the bike just shuts off constantly. HELP

@@blaklion-eq5ji I would go through and inspect every connector from the controller, to the display, to the motor... On my XP3.0 I also added some padding around the controller in the frame so it wouldn't bounce around to help increase reliability.

I got my kit today but no new tires. Do I need new tires?

How do you like the new PWR controller? My family keeps checking your channel to see install tips and impressions. You always have so much good insight!

Thank you, I don't have the PWR controller yet. Haven't received a request to order from Lectric. I've heard mixed reviews so far but I do believe it will make the electric motor feel more natural.

They had to use a narrower front wheel to clear the new hydraulic calipers.

I seem to have the same battery vibration issues as you previously had. What replacement pads did you use?

I just added some felt padding from a roll of velcro.

I’ve got my upgrade kit in the mail but my original brakes are doing just fine so I don’t plan to use it

If you stay on top of the adjustments, the original brakes can be ok.

Yes, the hydraulic upgrade kit offered initially included a complete wheel and tire. The hydraulic caliper would hit the spokes of the original, wider wheel.
