What head light are you using? That is on your helmet...there was a light that moved with your head when you were doing the night time shots. I have been using a construction headlight from husky but it's nowhere near as bright as yours

This is helpful! I bought a Lectric XP 3.0 because at age 70 I can no longer pull a 60 lb bike trailer up the hills in southern colorado on a regular bike. I didn't know anything about ebikes and I haven't loved this thing because it's so heavy compared to my Trek, but it does allow me to get out. I have about 900 miles on it now. I had the same problem with the big headlight breaking off! What a stupid design!! I like your suggestion for a fix using a hose clamp! I'll give it a try. I just had my first major problem with no power. Lectric sent me a replacement controller, so I hope that will solve the problem. I have to install it tomorrow.

2:11 how do you do this? why did you cut it to where it’s at 100? you didn’t show you changing the setting. im pressing the + button but its not raising. the default “32” just flashing when i press the plus button, so obviously it knows im pressing an input

I just had a random plastic piece with metal inside break off when took battery out cant find where it came from

Probably time not crank rotations it doesn't have a way to monitor ur crank rotations is what I'd think.

totally busted the usefulness of the throttle. the throttle now only works at limited power at anything less than pass 5. so basically there's no throttle any more unless your riding like a dedicated motor bike in pass 5. im a fan of economy mode if you want it, but it should have been selectable, so if I want to buy bigger battery and less range, but more power, i could have that option.

Why not just use PAS 1 with light throttle?

I've watched a couple of videos on making adjustments to an M5 controller, and this is no doubt the best.

Some people can get 22mph throttle only without unlock on there 3.0. Mine only goes 19.4 at regular settings and I have the 3.0 as well. If you can figure this out can you make a vid on it

The best moments are when you're barreling downhill 30 mph and you break and you hear. CLICK. And you're not slowing down AT ALL. Not only is your brake pad entirely ground down. Your piston's spring is shot to shit. You are literally gonna have to pull a looney tunes and slow down using your feet.

They didn't ship them under-inflated. They ship them that way so they can't pop during shipping

Your brake pads are made of organic matter what's your wiping off is the brake pads organic matter each one is test drove and there's more on the rear because that's where all the weight is on the bike. Unless you went through a mud hole.. and yes you do need gears you're going to be ghost pedaling it sucks
