IMPACT WRENCH RESTORATION | RESTORATION

In this video i'm restoring an impact wrench with triger dead. Very difficult to find of the replacement part so i desided to make one from waste.

Good job, only 2 típs the seal in the inlet is small (color Green no much Air) and the hammer case is lubricate with oil in this impact gun

Good video I have a CP 1/2 inch impact gun that the safety keeps popping out and sent it to there shop and they said it’s to old to get parts and did not touch it it’s about fifty five or sixty years old and works fine except for that

It seems that the black washer is installed upside down between the air motor and the hammer assembly. The protruding part of the washer should face the bearing. Only then can the bearings rotate freely.
