@@IcarusTECH They were in the shadow, which is much harder to see on a sunlit day. It looks like they did this on purpose so as not to be seen. And it clearly worked since the guy in the black car didn't see them until he was right on top of them.

Undercutting on a solid white line (rule) and speeding (rule) are both grounds for a ticket, not to mention cutting off other drivers and failing to signal with due care whilst doing so.
