Indian traditions, I think. No other traditions grant this.

@@KonglomeratYT I see, they are quite deep into the Greeks' traditions, it takes many years to get there, although simply occupying provides some nice, useful UPS too that can boost the economy for a resource surplus, especially as a tiny nation.
