Dude you're a legend when it comes to creating city builds with this game. I've been watching a few new highly talented builders as of late and they all give you credit for giving them help and guidance on how they create their own cities. I'm very impressed with how much you have done as a whole for the Cities Skylines community and it's always great whenever you do a new video so please keep them coming and I promise to keep sharing your video's with as many people as I possibly can because you definitely deserve it. Much love and respect from all of us city builder to you and yours.

Currently building a mixed Asian and American city patterned after Daniel Burnham's designs. Downtown has 5 wings: Civic Center, Old Town, Old Town-Civic Center transition zone, Modernist CBD and Port Area. Thanks to thousands of custom assets, I've made the city be set in the mid 1960s. Your videos were a great help in making my city layouts, especially on curvy intersections. Thank you so much.

I tend to make American style cities. Traffic around 79-80%. Heavy emphasis on good highway networks. But I became bored with cars. So I built my cities in the grid style I like (because it’s neat) but I added lots of walking paths throughout my city with interlocking tram lines for local travel. Long distance travel is done with metro stations. Trains are nearly exclusively for cargo. I suppose that’s very American. But I’m fascinated with good public transportation.

Oh dang, the very first scene is from Portland, where I live. Despite the pretty picture with the river and the light-rail and the tram, this place sucks. The city center used to be the place where your day came to die, because it took so long to get through it. Now it's the place where your body comes to die, because it's all homeless camps and boarded up windows. Traffic is much better though, seeing as no one works downtown anymore, so there's trade-offs.

I build modded medium sized Mid Atlantic/north sunbelt cities. Look up Winston-Salem NC, Richmond Va. Cities who were heavy industrialized pre war so they have a mix of turn of 19/20 century buildings with modern towers mixed in. I find it easier to be more detailed with mid sized city builds due to the limitations of the game. I can knock out a build in roughly 2 weeks. Then on to the next.
