I think one of the most interesting train stations in the UK is Waverley Station in Edinburgh City. In a canyon like gap between two hills, bridges stretching above it. The trains pass through the gardens where next to it a Castle sleeps on a hill. A perfect train station.

One criticism in the medium sized city, is we only really have Tunnels in the Metropolitan areas so I feel like the train line should have been tunnel instead because we definitely have much more tunnels regarding trains rather than roads Not a huge deal just thought Id say if you build a city in the future

It is 7 GB so it is technically not fully released because when uploading a mod to paradox mods depending on how big the mod is it will take longer

Happy for CS2 users.. I mean, it is good move they release those for free on broken as hell game... CS1 never received such content in terms of scale. Howly. No medium density EU buildings at all. You need to download thousands of assets and thousands of props attached to them to build a decent looking city in CS1. And that is hit or miss sometimes either you have super detailed 40 000 triangles building next to low poly one.. CS2 here has consistency. Is the game at least playable smoothly without stutters on low-medium hardware? Its bizarre you can run detailed modded CS1 with better frames.

I'm just an idiot with a keyboard, but maybe you or one of your modding buds will know if this is a good idea to run with or not. My basic understanding of Cities: Skylines 2 is that performance decreases as you add more objects and assets to the map because it puts more strain on the computer. I've seen you create incredibly detailed builds, adding tons of trees and applying hundreds of custom textures like graffiti, watermarks on buildings, dirt on roads, and cracks in the pavement. It seems to me that all these extra assets significantly slow the game down. So, is it possible to create a mod that would let you merge these separate textures into a single one? Wouldn't that reduce the strain on the computer by consolidating what would otherwise be dozens or hundreds of separate items into one? Kind of like "flattening" layers in Photoshop. I get that the downside would be losing the ability to tweak those details later since once the "flattening" happens, you'd have to stick with it as-is. But from what I can tell in your videos, once you complete a section of the build you’re not likely to go back and edit it again anyway.
