Imperial Broilers burners and radiant issues and fix

The broiler you're about to view is an Imperial M#IABR-48. As radiants warp, they pull the burners off the orifice of the gas valve.
(yes, i know you can't see the parts info, sorry)
Please clean your broilers once a week and don't use sheet trays to burn them off. The sheet trays cause extra heat, in turn cause extra damage. Just do it the old fashioned way and use a ridged putty knife and grill brush.

16 yrs doing Hot side and never realized the damage bent up radiants damage the back wall lol. Great video.
