I love the pacing of your videos! That was a fun game to watch. However you missed out on so much damage with the thermal spears!! they have melta 4 at 12 inches

I personally prefer Carnifexes to Screamer Killers because you can take them as a unit of two, attach Old One Eye to them and then benefit from Rapid Regeneration as a whole unit, their surge move if they get wounded, and from the Old One's buffs...try it!

@@dailydice yeah, in the end they aren't so different models so you can proxy Carnifexes with them. And also Carnifex Claws are, sadly, one of the few anti tank cc weapons left---in fact there's something very wrong with this Tyr Codex if there are more anti tank shooting weapons than melee ones!!!!

I’ve never seen a Knight Valliant on the table! Most people (including me when I finally build mine) will be the Castellan. I wish you could magnetise it for both but hey; beggars can’t be choosers!

Yeah he's super fun to use, shooting monsters with that harpoon is too fun! But yeah the castellan is probably the better option, and his ability is better for sure 👌 yeah it's like GW have done it on purpose 👀🤣

A bloke called Taromodelmaker has extra weapon connectors on his website. Grab some of them and you can magnetise the dominus loadout.

You can magnetise it for both, it’s just a bit trickier than a questoris.

42:02 thermal spears are S12, melta 4, so the haruspex would have taken an additional 8 damage! Also when the valiant shot, its meltas are twin linked so although you wound on 5s not 3s, there’s a chance you would have actually wounded

T3 when you charged the brain bug with the armiger you should have Tank Shocked it, probably would have killed it and then you pile in to the unit behind you and swing at it, Its still a charge so you get to still fight first

Genestealers wouldnt be able to have that many attacks. In the charge only 1 genestealer would have been able to get toe to toe. Then the hormogaunts would have to base as much as possible. Which would have left no more room for the remaining genestealers. Theres only a 3 inch pile in.

@patrickcoene3866 hey Patrick! Yeah definitely, if this was a tournament setting that's definitely the way it would have had to play out. In this case I didn't mind jack doing it slightly out of sequence so we could see the genestealers potential 😬😬
