Red-x is my favorite malt for getting that color, not only is it a beautiful ruby red but it is absolutely one of my favorite malty flavor profiles. If you want to go hoppy the malt character lends itself towards the fruity side, works great in a belgian style ale as well. It also has the added benefit of having a high diastatic power so you can use it as 100% of your grain bill (I usually throw in a few % of carafoam because I like the extra head retention). I highly recommend.

Where did you buy your brewing table from? I’m looking to get a 20 gallon claw hammer and don’t want it sitting too high for when I pull out the basket. Love the content by the way!

Super stoked to make this with my caveman setup! Will pressure ferment 1/2 in fermzilla and the rest in plastic bucket.
