Implementing Blog Enhancement + Adding Test Coverage to Alt Text Generator API

This was a productive session! I added an enhancement to my blog to display the current version of dotnet I'm using. I also setup test coverage for the alt text generator project we've been working on. I love how easy collecting and making use of test coverage is in .NET projects.
