For people wondering about Normal/Hard mode, this video is tailored for Normal Mode. If you can do Hard Mode, it is a different path and I believe Maxroll has made a guide for set builds on hard mode.

Hey, I am curious about a different Sharpshooter build, since we probably get the Class Balance changes too. So, I am currently playing my Sharpshooter on 1450 swiftness, 500 crit, crit rate argos set, 3333 Prceise Dagger, KBW, Deathstrike, Grudge. Once we get the Relic gear, I want to keep playing like this, but since we get the the new fenrir ultimate, that immediately fills your hawk meter, I am going to swap on this. So I would probably play with 4 set Domination Fang (and when Vykas comes) 2 Set Nightmare. So I would have no mana problems and get the effect of Domination since I always will start the battle with Fenrir. My Damage rotation looks like this then: Fenrir (= Hawk full) > Death strike > Rapid Shot > Snipe + Charge Shot + Sharp Shooter + Arrow wave > Moving Slash, Deadly Slash (with double slash tripot), Blade Dance > Death Strike > Dmg combo.... Since I get the +30% cdr and 7er CDR gems I have every 10~ seconds my full rotation ready, thanks to high swiftness. The only downside I could see is, that I need to get more crit. I will probably try to reach 700 crit / 1400 Swiftness. I need to fine a way to boost my crit a bit. Would love to swap precise dagger with relic gear. Would love to hear your opinion

With the new sharpshooter changes, Snipe will have an increased 10% crit chance, which is massive, on top of that if you have the Lostwind cliff card set, that's another 7%, Your Crit is low tbh, but you do have precise dagger, I love your combo and you can easily replace precise dagger since the crit chance buff on Snipe and just build a bit more crit.

I dont rly see why you should take whisper over the beast set. I'm sitting at 75% crit right now and it only gives the crit bonus if you don't crit. i dont see how that equals with the 10% damage bonus the beast set gives. Maybe someone knows better and can explain me why whisper is better then. I'm playing Shadowhunter DI btw. And also getting 7% crit when i have Lostwind cliff set bonus so this makes the set even less usefull.

Yes, the legendary crit set is easily the worst possible set and should not be used by any class. Keeping your argos set would be better than wasting gold and materials on the crit set which will basically never proc.

So here is my honest opinion, but it really depends on your goals. So basically, I have a main that’s 1421, an alt 1385, and 2 other lower t3 alts. I’m pushing to 1445 on my main becuz that’s where the relic stuff are at. I understand that having an alt that also runs valtan will generate more gold for the long run, however, I’m trying to get lucky. If I can sell an accessory for a lot, it’ll easily push my other accounts up. It’s sort of a gamble, but I love my main and I want it to be as strong as possible. Other things to consider, depending on the class: u can’t get the 4 piece or 6 piece of your relic set, but 2 piece is available from valtan hard. I plan on running valtan norms two times, and try to hit 1445 before my third run of valtan. This way, I will have 2 set Argos, 2 set relic, 2 set valtan norms

You can't get full relic set for now, and you DO still get the relic materials (a bit) from normal mode. Doing a week or two on normal mode getting used to the initial fight (and grabbing mats from there) and then doing hard mode isn't going to change how long getting 'full set' will take. (Once Vykas comes out, going hard mode from the start is an option, since you'll already be able to do valtan for the other parts of the set, but need vykas to be out first)

I think you're correct. You would swap Weapon+Helm from his suggested to the back attack set. If you're already running KBW, going from 250% to 300% is a 20% damage increase, over the 12% offered from the set in the video.

I saw Saintone test a rested run on his 1415 character and it seemed like the rate of relic drops were extremely low and it almost seemed like he just did a normal 1400 run? I'll be saving my Guardians for sure since thats a no-brainer but I'm kind of stuck because now I'm not sure what to do :/ It'd definitely be worth to save Restbonus on 1445+ However, we don't know if we'll be getting 1445 Chaos too right?

I would assume 1445 would come with the patch but you never know, as for the 1415 dungeon, personally I will be saving the rest bonus, relic drops becoming available means if you get 1 lucky drop it'll be massive, and I'll always take the gamble. It's up to you :)

Plz don’t run covet on igniter sorc, yes you wanna crit for big skills but for standard ignite rotation you want your synergy buff (blaze or lightning) to be on opponent and if your blaze crits (multi hit skill) then you literally get no crit from the set bonus when you theoretically need it so running covet is literally just a waste of gold

I already crit most of the times by having just high crit stats, 7% crit of Lostwind Cliff Cardset and the 10% crit of the pet buff, so imo I would get way more value by actually equipping the build that you recommended for Glavier (Pinnacle) 2x Harsh Oath, 2x Demon Best Strength, and 2x Nightmare.

Just get lvl 5 gems on your main (which is enough for a while) + 1 lvl 7 dmg/cd for your most important skill then transfer all gems from all your characters to your main and combine them to lvl 7 gems. Sell lvl 7 gems for (10-15k~ / prices will rise soon). Get your weapon to +17~ and then sell all weapon stones and spend the gold on your armor until you reach 1445. Buy stones on all characters via guild store/pirate coins and transfer them to your main or sell them. You can make so much gold with such little efford as long as you don't start rage honing wasting materials/gold for no reason.

I think DS and LC sharpshooter should be swapped. Isnt it nightmare flower (mana consumption) + demon beast (10 stack %1 atk power) and preordained diligance (argos set for crit rate) better than you said for Sharpshooter loyal companion? Hallucination set locks me(LC) to play in 6 seconds. Mana set already has %12 dmg, why do i force myself to send my skills in 6 seconds with hallucination's %13 dmg? It's the gamestyle of death strike. If im missing something, please let me know.

hey Sandov, what situation would you say is more beneficial?? having 1 char at 1445 or 2 chars at 1415? main is currently at 1415 and can be pushed to 1445 but I also have my alt at 1385 and he can be pushed to 1415 but I cant do both of them. it seems that normal valtan still drops relic crafting mats and with 2 chars it should be more chances at relic accessories dropping from the 1415 guardian raid and Valtan normal.

Salvation is relic quality. Meaning you get the ability to craft it at ilvl 1445. Demon Beast is a legendary set that you can craft at 1415. The stats from the demon beast set are the same as the argos set. The Salvation set provides more stats comparatively. Also with the salvation set, you can only get the 2 piece set bonus until vykas comes out. So you can run 2 piece argos, 2 piece demon, 2 piece salvation if you wanted to.

As far as I understood from the youtuber Kanon, hard and normal share the same weekly lootlock right? If that's true and we need to run 2-4 weeks (depending on set choice for legendary gear) to get enough materials to craft the legendary gear, it means there's no point in rushing to 1445, 1415 would be enough for the first 2-4 weeks. Is this correct or did I get it wrong? Or lets put it this way, is there any advantage to be 1445 on day 1 of Valtan release or being 1415 and then getting to 1445 by the time you need the relic gear is ok?

I feel by the time we can craft the 2-2-2 set I've recommended for most classes, we should have Vykas and this set effect would be perfect to attempt Vykas and do the damage. Ignoring the new Legendary set effect from Valtan and only doing hard mode Valtan for classes that can only have 2-relic valtan at the moment will make your character weaker than those who did Normal mode Valtan.

can i just state that as far as i know from other sources, valtan normal DOES NOT drop relic gear, the reason you are saying it does it because your version of the game includes catchup mechanic in which relic gear can now drop from normal difficulty

Normal drops some material for Relic set but Relic set requires bones and Rocks. Normal only drops bones whereas Hard drops bones and rocks.

I disagree with your berserker recommendations. The covetous whisper doesn't do much. With the high amount of crits berserkers already do, you are going to have very very poor uptime on the set. The effectiveness is very minuscule. The valtan beast set is much better even if you are going to have lesser effectiveness due to damage reducing the stacks you have. Think about it. Whisper set is 10% maybe 20% crit for one ability intermittently. If you manage your crit abilities like chain sword and red dust succesfully, the effect is even lessened. While the valtan beast set is a 10% damage increase and sometimes you will take damage and lose a couple stacks, which are easily gained back. I really don't think they are comparable at all for zerker. Not to mention you are reaching into a sort of diminishing returns territory. The more crit you have, the less effective the set is, AND the less benefit you get from any more crit. Let's say I have 50% crit rate (not even close with red dust/chain sword and argos set buff, but whatever) and attack 100 times for 1 damage each. That gives me 50% of my attacks that deal double damage. So that'd be 150 damage. Or a 50% damage increase. If I add 10% crit on top of that, I get 60% of my attacks that deal double damage or 160 damage total. 150 * 1.0667 = 160. So my damage only increased by 6.67%. Now instead substitute that for 10% damage instead of crit rate. That'd be 150 * 1.10 = 165 damage.

You do bring up a good point, And I considered this as well. However as a melee class having to learn moves and mechanics is crucial, getting hit as a berserker will drain those stacks back to 0. Currently the Western version still looks down on Cursed Doll/Grudge engravings, if it wasn't this way Demon Beast would have without a doubt been my pick as well. Perhaps for you it is, perhaps for me it is, but the majority of players will not see the effect to it's full potential due to having to play knowing all moves and mechanics of the raid which could take weeks to learn, specially only having 1 character.

NO don't get rested bonus for chaos dungeon. OMG that is such a bad advice. the relic armor drop rate even at 1445 is very very low even with rested you may not get any. And u gonna lose 5 days worth 1400 chaos dung farm. Even with 1445 dungeons it is not worth it . look at punika, apart from 1400 one u barely get legendaries. First three dungeons have very low chance for relics and their qualities will be on chaos dung lvl. Expect a lot of expertise and stuff on them

I Stop watching as soon as I saw Berserker and Preordained, since he builds full crit he goes for the extra dmg, and if you don have 5 piece crit on him to do valtan, then you are probably not building him right.
