UPDATE: Thank you all so much for the huge outpouring of support tonight. I'm really blown away by the generosity and ability of the KZbin community to bind together and move mountains. After the months of struggle, I've now finally officially been released by PowerTV. The GoFundMe will remain active, and since it doesn't seem I'll need the funds myself, as promised: however much ends up going in will be placed in a fund solely dedicated to help those unable to afford their own challenge against an abusive MCN. The contract states that it is their responsibility to provide this service, if they do not abide by this then you would no longer have to abide by the contract either. Here's my story. I'm stuck in a 2 year contract by PowerTV and they did not help my channel growth in any way shape or form. No 1:1 personal agent like they claim, no custom artwork for your channel, no contact with anyone, no guidelines or support, it's just terrible. I'm trying to get out myself and I need help. PowerTV is also known for slandering other networks and also, the network shouldn't be allowed to exist since since they are a SUBNETWORK that KZbin made illegal earlier this year. I'm also a minor so my contract is illegal to begin with, and they refuse to release me. I want my channel to return to normal, I hate this network.

I honestly think the best thing is to take legal action, or *try* to talk with youtube (not sure how far the latter will get you). as you said, the contract is illegal to begin with, as you said, and they didn't even follow up on what was *in* the contract. failing that, the only thing that gets people like this to listen is money, so you could try demonetizing all of your videos. Here is a personal view of mine on the whole current companies situation that might get more people on your side: The power of big companies has always scared me. Companies usually excist for the sole reason to make money. therefor they have the potential to become unpersonal and greedy. This means that they simply do not care about you as a person, who has a life and has feelings, and is trying to do the best as he or she can. Instead a company often sees you as a product, a tool to make more profit. This is the big downside of capitalism as it excists today. The free market has created an elite of businessmen who are insanely wealthy. At this point the wealth combined with the power they have from their companies, these people are more powerful than some countries. That means that the big countries that support democraty have created a new order of undemocratic world powers that trife from the free market these same countries created. Now i am not saying you shouldn't be allowed to be rich, i am not that much a communist, but what i am saying is that after the first few millions of personal wealth that you need to have a big house some cars and secure that you never have to work again if you don't want to, you should start to pay heavy taxes over the profit that you make from your company. In this way the rich are rich so they can enrich the poor. Now some people may argue that this is a bad thing because it will "make poor people lazy" but i argue it won't. It will result in poor people having more money that they can spend on products, which will serve the free market and, if these products are made by the companies that are donating most of their profit to taxes, it will create a system which is sustainable and is making the world richer all the time. in this way companies are serving the whole society, which by definition is making them less unpersonal. Now what does this have to do with this video? This video is a good example of a company taking advantage of a person, a company who only cares about money, and is abusing it's power and wealth the make people who lack these things dependent and submissive of the company.

If you signed the contract it's in force. If he breaks it, then you look at the clause in the event of a broken contract. If there is no clause then you can sue him to have him uphold the original contract, or just have it dissolved. It may be worth shopping around for lawyers rather than just go for the big names. You probably want to find a lawyer specializing in contract law rather than KZbin specifically.

You need to talk to bigger KZbinrs and ask them if they can do a livestream to raise the money for you. I know it might sound a little crazy, but if you can contact them, they just might do it! I know that you know SkyDoesMinecraft, and he could help out a lot by doing a stream. Live streams can make tons of money, and I think it could come down to being the only option. I'm with scalelab and it caused me nothing but issues since they shut down the sub networks. I was running a sub-network with them and it was ok then but when they got shut down I got moved to scalelab direct, and since then....well lets just say I received no revenue for 6 months, requested to leave and have "apparently" been let go HOWEVER socialblade still says I am part of their network and everytime I try to join a new network it says I am still linked with scalelabs. Despite my features page showing me linked with NO network. So currently I have no network, cannot join a network and am get 0% revenue. All because scalelabs cant let their creators go.
