Good video. Something I do annually is to check and tighten the terminals on the automatic transfer switch. Failure to keep the connections tight causes the buss bar to short out. When this occurs, you have no shore or generator power. These connections loosen because of vibration while driving .

For sanitizing the water tank/system, I remove the filter and put the bleach in the empty canister. I don't sanitize that often because I set my water inlet to Auto fill when hooked up to water and turn the pump on. That way I am always circulating fresh water through the tank.

Your RV always looks good. Went to Alaska last year. A level of dirty I've never seen. Luckily they do have truck washes in some places. Take care.

Good video on basic maintence. I have used a dry spray graphite lubricant for the slide. I also use it on the pins on the towbar. The towbar is often forgotten.

I stopped using Aero 303 and switched to 3 in 1 RV rubber seal conditioner. It's oil based and last longer. The 303 seemed to go away in 2 weeks. It's water based. Since we store the RV at a storage facility I wanted something that doesn't need to be reapplied so often.

On your advise and recommendation, I bought Release cleaner. I've been very happy with it in keeping the front of our RV clean and bug free. I did try the most diluted ratio on the front window to get the bugs off, but the film that the cleaner left was a huge issue and I had to revert to another cleaner to finally get the window clean. I will say that, other than a window cleaner, it has been a great product for us and thank you for the recommendation!

95 psi on your tires?? Hoe much does your rig weigh? I have 22.5 Toyos on my Class A and the chart only calls for 80 psi based on my front axle weight and 75 on the rear tires...I don't recall my axle weights, but the overall weight is 20,000 lbs.
