Elsadig, the location to the server is here: amesgisweb.city.ames.ia.us/arcgis/services/Ames_Images/COA_IMG_2015_CL_MS/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS However, I've noticed the directory for the previous url will change from time to time. You can find a number of WMS available for free on the web. For instance here is an OSM WMS: 129.206.228.72/cached/hillshade? a quick google search based on what specific area you are looking at may reveal more open source WMS rasters as well.
