I always appreciate your perspective but I have the same DonV batch 4 & it's not earthen or savory, it's like G4 with the agave turned up to 11. I would even say it's sweeter than G4, I'm getting pear & a hint of floral honeysuckle. I have some savory mezcal & bacanora, DonV is pretty far from that flavor profile.

Fair statement. Might have been a bad tasting day for us. We will definitely revisit this one. I love regular G4, so we will have to do a side by side. Thank you for the comments! SALUD!
