Honesty nothing works for me. I’ve had it since I was very young and my mom used to tell me my legs look disgusting, so I never bothered to wear shorts, skirts or dresses out in public. My little sister has the same problem, but I made sure to always tell her how beautiful her skin looks so she will never have to feel the same way my mom made me feel. 😢💔

It's because your mom was projecting maybe when she was younger she got the same condition which she was never fully comfortable with hence she became hyperaware of it and when she saw you she got triggered and talked to you the same way she talked to her younger self because that's how she saw the situation. Your mom was disgusting to say that to her own child. I have it too but when I exfoliate it looks so much smoother. Try exfoliating before shaving and exfoliate at least twice a week. Try not to worry about it so much and to moisturize sweetie ❤️

My daughter has KP. Per a KZbin dr that suggested cod liver oil...she took it for 3 days. In just 3 days her kp was leaving and her 4c dry hair was feeling soft. I stopped giving it to her because it made her have nasal congestion at night. I bought the super cheap ones from Walmart (Springvalley brand I think, $1.74ish). I plan to buy a better quality brand so that we can both reap all of its benefits.

There is a thing called good molecules which I think is for hyperpigmentation. Idk how well it works but I’ve heard great things! It’s fairly cheap ($12-$15) and you can get it at ulta or sephora… one of those!

I’ve had laser treatment on my body and arms. I found it really really helped. As I often got very red angry bumps after chasing my legs also, which would even bleed and ich. After a few rounds of laser hair removal treatment I feel like a new woman. Less red bumps on my arms which is always a bonus and my legs are much much better.

I’ve been using baking soda, mineral salt, and jojoba oil mixed together as an exfoliator in the shower, and it helps exfoliate while the oil moisturizes my skin. I’ve tried the creams and they work but very slowly. However, I don’t like all the chemicals anymore. I think Omega 3s also help 👍

I went to a dermatologist and she told me i had chicken skin and i didn't like hearing that. I felt ashame but happy about knowing what i had. You're better off doing a deep research of your own for internal issues. everything on the skin is caused by something not right internally, could be gluten, could be lactose. I'd suggest fasting, and then slowly add foods back into your diet to identify the cause.

Then you don't suffer from keratosis pilaris which is the caused by excessive keratin, but you have strawberry skin which mean clogged hair follicles, you need to use a clean razer best is the titanium ones. Make sure to exfoliate and moisturize.

Try taking a shower in lukewarm water. Your water is too hot and it’s dry out your skin. Really hot water isn’t good for your skin. Yes, it feels good but not good

Yes, I tried waxing as an alternative to shaving and it made the bumps on my arms itchy and red and more appeared over the days that followed. When I let my hair grow completely cuz I was too scared to do it again, they died down a lot on the parts on my forearms but remained on the back upper arms.
