Hi. I'm a new massage Therapist and I see this with older clients all the time. This is great...but I doubt a 68yr old would have time or energy to set up a rope fron the roof. Any other videos?

Thanks a lot for this, it's really timely for me. Just a couple of questions for you about the second exercise: - Would it be advisable to supinate the wrist to emphasise shoulder external rotation during the raise? I feel a much greater stretch this way. - Shoulder the upper traps be activated at any point during the movement? Many thanks for your help!

your comments on cross body. example, My Rt shoulder/ LT hip where would i find your video, what is the name of video my twisted pelvis is now holding in place, need to know how to make shoulder and hip stronger and work together. thank you for you knowledge and the way you explain the WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHY and HOW is amazing
