Hi. I'm a new massage Therapist and I see this with older clients all the time. This is great...but I doubt a 68yr old would have time or energy to set up a rope fron the roof. Any other videos?

Thanks a lot for this, it's really timely for me. Just a couple of questions for you about the second exercise: - Would it be advisable to supinate the wrist to emphasise shoulder external rotation during the raise? I feel a much greater stretch this way. - Shoulder the upper traps be activated at any point during the movement? Many thanks for your help!
