Hi thank you so much for all your videos very helpful.. I have chronic pain in my ligament pooling from inner outer hip down to outside of the knee ..the outside line of my lag What exercise should I do? My pain is over a year right now and I cannot sleep at night . I did have tendinitis in my hand but your exercises fixed it and I don’t have it anymore. I was wondering if you have a drill for this nerve or ligament I’m not sure what it is. Thank you so much for your help Yuli

I have a super loose shoulder that is the result of a hockey injury and subsequent orthoscopic surgery on my rotator cuff. Happened about 20 years ago, and it has popped out several times since. Visually it looks like it sits out a bit and forward, compared to my other shoulder. Recently I started working out, but this is a huge pain for me, the shoulder is very unstable. I'm looking for exercises to tighten up the shoulder and keep it firmly in place. What exercises should I be doing to accomplish this?

I have a important question for you, if you can please respond that would be greatly appreciated. How often can I do these nerve glides on a day to day basis? Is it healthy to perform 3-5 times/ day first starting out or should I slowly introduce these motions into my routine and progress and build up to performing the routine 3-5 x day? Thank you for your advice, This felt great!
