Do you have trouble with your balance? Check out this video from Coach Trevor from the MS GYM where he will teach you a key exercise you can do daily to IMPROVE your balance and also IMPROVE your posture and endurance at the same time while SEATED!
Maintaining your BALANCE is a common symptom for those diagnosed with MS / Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions. This exercise focuses on putting your body in a tall spine position pushing up through the top of your head and lengthening your spine trying to get as much space as you can between your vertebrae.
Whether you just received a multiple sclerosis diagnosis or have been previously diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, on a multiple sclerosis drug treatment plan, treating multiple sclerosis through HSCT or through diet changes exercise is extremely important and should also be in your toolbox for dealing with your multiple sclerosis diagnosis.

I just want to say I was referred by a lady in a wheel chair with MS with could not walk now she is muscular and climbs mountains and she just did the free online videos!

I caught myself smiling as I watched you videos… dealing with feeling embarrassed and frustrated by my lack of physical strength. Family knows I have ms but outside of that most people don’t because I show no outward signs. Your videos made me feel inspired and understood, and ready to strengthen up!!!

I actually didnt know there are balance centers in your brain! I used ot be a dancer when I was younger and cant walk now. I was always told it was your core. Thank you for this it very helpful!

Hi anybody help please cannot do exercise in pain . sciatica piriformis pain goes up left shoulder down right leg anybody got same problem? Thanks

Is it normal for your back to hurt if you are not used to sitting up straight? I also have severe scoliosis and wonder if that is why my back hurts? Dont tell me to talk to a doctor they are no help and I had 3 years of PT at 3 different places. One was the top orthopedic hospital in the country! It was no help at all! At least I am getting something out of this!
