Thank you to the person who made the comment to get you to create this video! I have NMOSD (I hear it's similar to MS). I just did these exercises and actually feel like I've done something good for myself. I walk with a cane most of the time (for about 3 years now) I would like to be able to walk freely again but the fear of falling has been so great I carry it with me always. Hopefully doing more of these videos will help.

So happy to have found this. Diagnosed 6 years ago and starting to feel unbalanced, lack of strength and walking up or down stairs without the use of a railing. I have avoided going out as much as I can for fear of falling which has already happened. Definitely subscribing and making a personal playlist of your exercises. Thank you.

Brilliant!👏🏻👏🏻. Thanks very much for this. As a stroke survivor, falling is my biggest fear and this affects my confidence in trying to walk without an assistive device. So, sadly I can’t lose the cane just yet though I really would love to walk independently Thanks also to Mahon for asking the question that prompted this video 👍

Good evening. I drag my right leg. I take a step with the left and then the right as if to attract. It's the same on the stairs. Is it because I have weakened some muscle and can I do something to fix it? Thank you.

@@MSWorkouts thank you. 🍀 What is the reason, is it my fault or the disease? I exercise every day and walk outside with help.
@MSWorkouts Жыл бұрын
@@bastet5059 It's not your fault, so please do not blame yourself! Instead, just focus on controlling what you can control. You are here to strength train because you know that stronger muscles can compensate for lesions that impact your mobility. Just remember that strength training every day will not lead you to better results. You have to apply the strength training stimulus 1-3 times per week and allow the body to fully recover while also providing it with the necessary amounts of protein. You did not lose your mobility in one day and you will not gain it back in one day, but if you stick with our program you will see tremendous results. Keep us posted on how you are doing!
