What are your thoughts about using shoes for the stance leg/foot? It seems that in this video and with other patients they tend to take an active pronation position in their foot to create stability through the big toe. Could perhaps benefit in balance and posture during the exercise if the base is more stable and potentially prevent a compensation issue. Just a thought...

Nevan .Dominguez if someone wants to wear shoes that’s cool. You can cater that and the intent to the individual. I would like to see pronation at the foot for most people because the way I cue it is emphasizing hip extension with the knee soft and forward

Fuck my range on my right hip is much shorter than my left.
