Sidonie (@sidoniegabriella) is back with us today to give you a specific climbing yoga follow along routine. This time we have a full hip opening routine to help climbers with perhaps the most important part of climbing flexibility. Sid has worked for years teaching yoga and working specifically with climbers to improve flexibility and strength. Her knowledge and skill is excellent! this is one of the best yoga video, slow, well structured, relaxing. thank you. longer session including upper body would be a a valuable addition.

i’ve been doing this routine as its own or a cool down. definitely help with increasing my mobility and flexibility which was super duper helpful on the wall! thanks!!

enjoyed that! nice instruction, none of the hippy dippy stuff (although I quite like a bit of meditation), but nice and chill all the same. I didnt really know what to put at the end of the lattice survey in regards to "what do you want to see from lattice" but actually im always on the lookout for climbers yoga, so this was perfect.

Thank you lattice, sid and Northern soul yoga. Hip flexibility is a major issue for me and this is really helpful. Never done yoga before but it was, bit of creaky hip aside, a very pleasant experience

Great class, but can you move the ads to the beginning or end of the video? It's very disruptive to have them in the middle of a yoga flow.

First session, the stretch at around the 15 minute mark bringing one leg fwd and flattening the other is super tough for me. Hopefully after a few weeks with this I can build the hip flexibility

Hey, this is a great resource and I know you guys have to make something on your channel but adds in the middle of a 30min flow is quite disruptive!

Ads kind of make this video useless, they should be all st the end. Having to stop mid pose to skip an ad and try and drop back in mid pose is not very yoga or zen

I felt a weird bulge or pop in my groin area during the move that starts at 16:49. I didn't think too much of it, but now the same are started giving me pain during climbing. I feel pain while trying to high step with my foot rotate outwards at an angle. Any idea what I injured? There's no pain in the hip flexor when I raise my leg in a standing position, but as soon as I rotate my foot 45 degrees outwards and lift the leg, the pain is there.

Glad you liked the video ☺️ Sorry about the ads. Ad revenue just about covers the cost of us creating content so unfortunately we have to monetize our videos - although we know ads can be really annoying when in the zone 🧘

Imagine having to pay for that video, waaay more annoying. It's amazing that this content can be seen for free. So 15 or 30 sec for an add or two doesn't bother me much.-
