Stay tuned in the coming weeks as I will be sharing some of my research integrating these Kung Fu stances into different movement scenarios. I recommend revisiting the 4 stances I have already taught on this channel (Horse stance, Drop Stance, Resting Stance and Bow Stance) before this video comes out. Having a good base will allow you to learn this new material much easier. Stay tuned :) - Antonio

Hands up straight on head that is required for real balance n mobility ☑️☑️❤️❤️

It depends. If you give this cue to someone very unbalanced, immobile and just starting it will probably be too much for them.

Will practicing only these 4 stances will build complete leg strength and mobility? If yes how do i integrate them?
@TheTaoWay2 жыл бұрын
While this can greatly improve the endurance and mobility of the lower body it is not complete. There are many other positions, tasks, scenarios to build further strength, mobility and resilience to the legs. Stay tuned in the next 2 weeks as I will be sharing different ways to integrate these four stances.

I was wondering if I could get your input on a thesis I am doing on the topic of motor learning. I will be tracking the progress of my one arm handstand, and seeing if I can accelerate it using various techniques such as non invasive brain stimulation. I am still in the design phase and would be interested in hearing any ideas you have or possible questions that could be answered with such a study. If this sounds interesting to you, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Keep up the good work!
