On this channel, we have gone over 2 kung fu stances: The Horse stance (MaBu), the Drop stance (PuBu) and now we will go over our 3rd stance, The Resting stance (XieBu). This is a great one for the mobility of the knees and ankles as well as balance. This position can be used in a variety of different ways and eventually integrated into other practices such as locomotion.
