Static Leg Stretching Routine For Flexibility | Kickboxing Exercises
Get more kicking power with FightCamp Trainer Flo Master's stretching routine that he does at the end of a workout. These static stretches are designed to help you with your kicking range and generate more leg power with every kick. Flo starts with a 2-minute warm-up and reminds us that a proper warm-up is necessary before ANY routine to avoid injury. Be sure to breathe through each stretch. The more you calm your breath the more your muscles will relax to get the most out of your stretches.
