my grandfather was a nuclear physicist and he helped me learn this as a child. I learned all of the states capitals a week before the final test because of his advice. I am going to start using this method again!

It is a smashing one off guide for learning how to memorise anything without the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my m8 at very last got amazing success with it.

The best way to improve your memory is to make your memories memorable, do something silly someone can remind you of that moment you like that triggers further reminiscence of other bits of good information attached within the memory

Memory techniques in the Renaissance sometimes sought to create memory hooks from sexual or scatological references, because they tend to be memorable. This led to the techniques being dismissed as immoral, esp. by church authorities.

My memory of the past wouldn't be very good if it weren't written down. I remember at little bit from each year of the 2010s. Most of it probably would be forgotten if it weren't written down. Anything I can remember from before fall 1997 is purely mental & photo. Not everyone has heard of the old shows from the 1990s & 2000s.

I suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury and want to heal and improve my memory. Coupled with my memory is my poor genetic cardiovascular health. It's motivating to hear memory is connected and improved through Cardio! In addition to this I've always been and still am a regular reader. Along with this Arabic has been a target language I've wished to learn but never took the steps to learn. This video is short but exciting!

I have ADHD and my working memory is already overloaded. I'm not able to make up more stories in my head and also listen to the person in front of me while also try not to get distracted of other things in head while being lost in the conversation already because i'm not sure the name I'm trying to put into my head is even the name of the person in front of me. What does work for me is to write the name down after the conversation, I typically do this everyday before going to sleep. This way you're method helps me a lot and I do not need to add extra distractive information, I just add the experiences with this person which helps in a next conversation zo much better than being distracted nu a thought of the person in front of me getting squeezed by a belt for example...

our society teaches memory ass backwards. we strain and try and hold too much info in the head. instead of non trying and re creating a thought. focus and concentration is VERY counter too good memory. humans know a ton of info. you can't remember it all at once. best memory is not remembering anything then recreating when desired.
