How is your shoulder mobility or lack of affecting your day to day functions and activities? Please share what you learn about your body, how you use your shoulder while practicing this movement routine!

Connective tissue disorder and involuntary muscle movements cause the shoulder to slip out or become weak enough that I lose my grip. Going to try and see if this can strengthen and prevent future injury.

my upper-mid back feels like i cant use any muscle at all, let alone squeeze them like i can my thigh or bicep or chest. It feels very depressing and emasculating. I want to be able to use my back

@@jamesyancharas It is very important to meet your body where its at and start from there without judging yourself because a progress can only be made from the present. The most important part of practice is to show up everyday. If you continue, you will improve without a doubt. Every little step adds up!

@@jamesyancharas I can attest to this. I found this gentleman by The GRACE of THE FATHER! One day when I could barely move my neck back and experiencing extreme lower back pain. I did what I could do and I feel so much better. Please attempt these slowly and it will work for you! 😁❤️ #EkletkNerd #MisterWalter

I thought this would be too easy. Quick and simple it was, as Taro said, but not necessarily easy,lol. I have had to learn to slow down my movements and Taro's videos have helped me to do that,being more purposeful with better form as I move. It definitely makes a difference. I only did a few repetitions of each (I am always cautious when trying new movements) and everything is fired up. My neck,shoulders,knees,wrists,hips. It definitely has stimulated circulation to all those areas. I will add this to my file of movements to practice. Thank you Taro.

movement practice requires attention, intention, repetition, and patience. It is simple, but can be hard. How do we get better? Practice! Lets practice together!

Is pull up dangerous for shoulder mobility ?? i want to add it to my workout because all i do for too many years is walking and swimming
@TaroIwamoto2 жыл бұрын
there is benefits of pullups when its done intentionally and properly. But just like anything else, if you move poorly, you can do more harm than good. This is why quality needs to be emphasized before quantity, and paying attention to own body and moving mindfully are always important.

Taro, I heard that the size of our circles will depend on what our body is comfortable with, yet should we try to make our circles as big as possible?
@TaroIwamoto2 жыл бұрын
as big as you can within your comfort and without losing quality of movement

Lovely. Do you have any videos with your recommended strenght excercises? Cardio recommendations? Do you have a video with a series of your most basic and recommended movements together? Best regards Mika
@TaroIwamoto2 жыл бұрын
my full body movement routines would be great for that. One of the ways I work on my cardio is interval training. You can group 3~5 exercises, and go through them by a set time, 15~60 seconds, and once you complete all exercises, thats one set and rest for a few minutes , and repeat 2~4 sets depending on your level.

@@TaroIwamoto Really appreciate you taking the time to answer. Just found your material. Will find those videos and exercise this winter. I just feel your stuff is great. I have done lots of qigong but need intelligent strenght and cardio practise also. Don't like gym or fitness training. Do you only work out with your own body?

@@M-i-k-a-e-l thank you! yes i pretty much use my own body for my movement practice. When I played rugby competitively, I was doing weight training and plyometrics plus more, but since i dont play rugby, i no longer do weight training.
