There was a fitness tool called health wand, a wooden stick that was about 5 feet long. It was used throughout 19 and first half of the 20. century everywhere. There is something about that. Thanks for sharing!

you can use any stick/dowel. You can even use a broom stick too.

It's a "dowel". Dowels can be purchased at any home hardware store like Home Depot or Lowe's. Check the limber section or the closet section, where they are called "closet rods".

This is really helpful to reconnect the upper body to the hips and lower body. It allows the upper body to relax and loose weight.Particularly the last section with one end of the stick on the ground which also works well with squats/semi squats..
