Moving with a dowel is liberating and fun. You want to carry it around the house with you. Wonderful video Taro.

You are a gem. My shoulders need work because they affect a nerve injury in my hand. I 'll get my walking stick and use it to do this routine. 🍁 I'm glad to be subscribed.

There was a fitness tool called health wand, a wooden stick that was about 5 feet long. It was used throughout 19 and first half of the 20. century everywhere. There is something about that. Thanks for sharing!

I like the follow along vids better like this one. Couldn't do the last exercise as my curtain rod was too tall and couldn't shorten it.

I have a rotator cuff tear on my right shoulder. My shoulder sometimes hurts when I’m raise my arm up. Should I continue to do this exercise or do you have an alternative method or exercise? Thank you! You’re great!!

you can use any stick/dowel. You can even use a broom stick too.

It's a "dowel". Dowels can be purchased at any home hardware store like Home Depot or Lowe's. Check the limber section or the closet section, where they are called "closet rods".

This is really helpful to reconnect the upper body to the hips and lower body. It allows the upper body to relax and loose weight.Particularly the last section with one end of the stick on the ground which also works well with squats/semi squats..

Do you have a you tube for a pinched nerve in the neck that affects the whole right arm, shoulder bade ,elbow and tingles all down the arm.
